Cykelauktion, Hållbarhetshuset 20 maj

Den 20 maj arrangerar Lumire tillsammans med L till Å och Energi- och klimatrådgivningen på Luleå kommun en cykelauktion vid Hållbarhetshuset på Risslan. Ett 40‑tal begagnade cyklar för både barn och vuxna väntar då på en ny ägare.

Inför auktionen finns möjlighet att titta på och provcykla cyklarna mellan kl. 16.00 och 17.00. Därefter startar auktionen. Betalning sker med kort eller Swish – kontanter tas inte emot.

Att välja cykel som transportmedel är ett enkelt sätt att minska klimatpåverkan, spara energi och bidra till en mer hållbar vardag. Genom att handla secondhand tar vi dessutom tillvara på resurser som redan finns – bra för både miljön och plånboken.

Under kvällen säljer Luleå Hockey P‑14 fika och korv på plats. Hållbarhetshuset har extraöppet till kl. 19.00.

Cyklarna som auktioneras ut är övergivna cyklar som samlats in vid cykelrensningar i Luleå kommun eller cyklar som lämnats in till Lumire för återbruk. Alla cyklar auktioneras ut i befintligt skick och utropspriset börjar från 100 kronor. Varje person kan ropa in max tre cyklar.

Cykelauktionen arrangeras av Lumire i samarbete med L till Å och Energi- och klimatrådgivningen, Luleå kommun.

Bike Auction at Hållbarhetshuset 

On May 20, Lumire, together with L till Å and the Energy and Climate Advisory Service at Luleå Municipality, will host a bike auction at the Sustainability House in Risslan. About 40 used bicycles for both children and adults will be looking for new owners. 

Before the auction, you can view and test ride the bikes between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM. The auction will start after that. Payment can be made by card or Swish – cash is not accepted. 

Choosing a bicycle as a means of transport is an easy way to reduce your climate impact, save energy, and support a more sustainable everyday life. By buying second-hand, we also make use of resources that already exist – good for both the environment and your wallet. 

During the evening, Luleå Hockey P-14 will sell hot dogs and refreshments on site. Hållbarhetshuset will have extended opening hours until 7:00 PM.

The bikes in the auction are abandoned bicycles collected during clean-up efforts in Luleå Municipality or bikes handed over to Lumire for reuse. All bikes are sold as they are, and bidding starts from 100 SEK. Each person may buy up to three bikes. 

The bike auction is organized by Lumire in collaboration with L till Å and the Energy and Climate Advisory Service.
